Within one month of completion of the project, a financial summary shall be sent to the Foundation. This is done by the grant recipient who compiles and verifies the project’s costs. If the project has resulted in an publication, eight copies shall be made available to the Foundation free of charge. When applicable, the summary shall be complemented with a travelogue. Any excess grant funds are returned, upon notice to Handelsbanken’s Foundation Service, to the Foundation. The Foundation encourage grant recipients to publish articles, travel stories and the like, for example in Swedish Numismatic Magazine.
Funds may be used only for the purposes stated above. The funds may therefore not carry burdens for administrative fees or surcharges for unspecified purposes.
